Privacy
What this site keeps about you, what it does not, and how to be taken off it.
Your email address
You give it to me only when you type it into one of the forms. It goes to Kit, the service that sends my letters, and nowhere else. I use it to write to you, occasionally and without a schedule.
Every letter carries an unsubscribe link. One click and you are gone from the list. If you would rather I remove your address entirely, write to me and I will.
What I can see about visits
The site uses PostHog, hosted in the European Union, to count which pages are read, which lists are built and how many people download a PDF. It records no names. If you leave your address, the site stores a scrambled version of it, not the address itself, so I can tell that one person came back without knowing who.
There is no advertising on this site and nothing here sells or shares what it collects.
Your reading list
The books you tick are kept in your own browser, on your own device. Nothing reaches me until you press download, and the PDF is made for you on the spot and not kept.
Photographs
The people in the gallery have agreed to be there. Where a child can be recognised, a parent has said yes. If you are in a photograph and would rather not be, write to me and it comes down the same day.
Lucy Mulli Book Club is run from Nairobi by Lucy Mulli. Questions about any of this go to the address in the footer.
